Had an interesting experience with daily wage workers who came in for packing my stuff while moving to a new place.
First, none of them wanted to wear hand gloves as it affected their work (understandable) but they did for entering the society as it was a mandate but removed..
as soon as they started the work. Secondly, couple of them refused wearing a mask even going to extent that they might not work if he is forced to wear a mask (even for their own safety if not ours)
