Latinos usually move right in midterms with a dem in office and LEFT when a republican is in office.

They went from 44% Gop Support in 2004 to 29 In 06.

They went from 31% GOP support in 08 to 38% in 2010.

They went from 27% GOP support in 2012 to 36% in 14.

It's not Trump. Ronald Reagan ran better with latino voters than Trump.

So did George W Bush.

Reagan won 37 and 35% latino support.

Bush won 35 and 44%

Trump won 28 and 32%

2012: white women 56-42 GOP

2016: white women 52-43 GOP

Russia isn't why Hillary lost in 2016.

Lack of white support was the number one reason.

She won enough latino and African American support to win.

You can't win being at the lowest white support for a dem since Walter mondale. Obama won 48% 44% and 42% white support (44.6% avg) in WI MI and PA carrying them by a 972k vote margin.

Hillary won 42% 36% and 40% white support (39.3%) average and lost them by 77k votes.

Getting the economy opened back up 100 percent and folks vaccinated is more important than a 15.00 federal minimum wage right now.

That minimum wage battle need to be fought at the state level as well. I'm more in favor of a regional minimum wage indexed to inflation. I've paid union dues since I was 21 years old So NO PROGRESSIVE WILL LECTURE ME ABOUT GOOD WAGES AND BENEFITS.

I'm a realist.... if we had the 2009-10 Senate and house numbers I'll be LIVID about no 15.00 an hour.

I don't like relying on republicans To get shit done..... so I put this one on Manchin.

Even if Sanders wasn't chair and brought up the tweets The GOP made clear they weren't supporting Tanden.

Manchin decided to show he has power now for the first time and a decade. As in said yesterday, Tanden will be in Biden's administration and made visible if the GOP shoot it down.

Biden can use this to show GOP hypocrisy as they pretty much sided with a man who got his account suspended for "mean tweets."
