Since I'm seeing a lot of talk about what Mastodon (the social network, not the band!) is and isn't these days, I'm making a thread about it. Read it up! It accepts 500 characters instead of 280, but other than that it has a similar format. In Mastodon you can follow, retweet (it's called boost over there) and @ people just like in Twitter. 2/n
