I discovered a few weeks ago that a user Luke on the Safenetforum described a "video Turing test" in 2015. I first had the idea half a year later, I think, was inspired by a post on forum.ethereum.org, this one forum.ethereum.org/discussion/106…. Then discovered Pseudonym Parties idea. Luke here is using a ChatRoulette type "be verified by 10 people". I also thought of that. But, then you need a threshold like "at least n of those have to verify you". If n is less than 10, it allows an obvious collusion attack vector that destroys it.

.@jack put restrictions on this account because I engaged in a conversation about that Israel did 9/11. I maintain that it falls under basic freedom of speech to critique a State (again, not a religion), and that it is immoral to censor people, and to lie about the reason. @jack The account was restricted by @jack because I engaged in a conversation here. It took less than an hour from the conversation to the "we need to verify your phone number", clearly lying about the motive, which is morally wrong.
