The Moscow attack suspects faced electric shock torture similar to methods used in the “Izolyatsia” camp in Donetsk since 2014.

Yes, this device, which is connected to the genitals, is for torture by electric shock.

More details and the UN report are in this horrifying thread. “Izolyatsia” is a modern concentration camp, equipped by Russia on the site of a former insulation materials factory in the temporarily Russian-occupied territory of Ukraine in Donetsk.

Prior to Russia's 2014 invasion, this location served as a hub for cultural activities. Image

9 things Ukrainians went through after February 24, 2022

It's impossible to describe everything we've been through in these 2 years in one short thread. Nevertheless, I want to describe the most important things.

Read, like, repost, reply, and support Dzyga’s Paw. Children play on destroyed Russian equipment in front of St. Michael's Monastery in Kyiv 1. Devastation

Thousands of buildings, streets, villages, and cities were destroyed by Russians. These are pieces of our souls that have been cut out.

Nobody should ever experience such terrible things. Except for Russians.

In 2014, Russia invaded the Donetsk and Luhansk Oblast.

This was partly possible because of people who believed in Russia's good intentions. They thought that with the arrival of Russia, Donbas would become more prosperous and happier.

What Russian help does look like🧵⬇️ Image Russia always builds torture chambers in the occupied territories.

Izolyatsia is a former factory that was turned into a prison. According to the report of the OHCHR, detainees were subjected to torture, including electric shock, mock executions, and sexual violence. According to the testimony of former prisoners, the offices and basements of the former factory were reequipped as jail cells with 5-litre cans for toilets. A few of the administrative buildings were used by the staff of the Izolyatsia prison as torture chambers. Former prisoners have remarked that the Izolyatsia buildings are not equipped to serve as a prison, and that its conditions more closely resemble those of a concentration camp. Prisoners are forced to work for the wardens, who regularly use physical violence, and are deprived of food, water, and medical care. From 2014 to 2016, a...

How are Russian prisoners of war being held in Ukraine? You'll be shocked.

I recently watched a special project by Dmitry Gordon and the Ukrainian state program for voluntary surrender, “I Want to Live”.

In the thread, I prepared the most notable things about it ⏬ Image When a prisoner of war enters the camp, they are first examined by a doctor. Then they can wash themselves and get a haircut. There's hot water available all time.

Then they go into a two-week quarantine area to ensure they do not infect other soldiers. Image

Russia rarely says about the price that was paid by other Soviet republics on the Eastern Front during World War II. For the last decades, they implied as only Russia was the one who fought.

Soon, Russians will celebrate the 9th of May.

For decades the Russian government has brainwashed the population and made something incredibly wild out of this day.

Let's consider the Russian recipe for “Victory Day”. Image It all starts with the children.

Many do not understand how Russians can be capable of the crimes they committed in Chechnya, Syria, Bucha, Bakhmut and hundreds of other places.

Since childhood, militaristic ideas have been aggressively planted in their heads. ImageImageImageImage

Personally, I have always admired Russian propaganda. Don't get me wrong — it is just a scientific interest. Russian propaganda is multifaceted and one of the few things Russians do well.

I want to show you one of the implicit examples of Russian propaganda — Anatoliy Shariy. Anatoliy Shariy's photo he used as a profile pic for his Tel Shariy is not a “classique” propagandist. He is not an open Z fan like Skabeeva, Solovyev or myriads of Russian war correspondents. He is much more careful and slippery.

You think there are few of Russian volunteers? Or maybe that Russian army is supported only by its government? You're mistaken.

So was I.

Learn how ordinary Russians supply their army in the🧵 I want to start with this hilarious one. I really laughed so hard.

Just look how official this is 😂

Remember: there are no limits in the Russian aggression. They will use any chance to spoil your life, to make you weaker, to obey their humiliating demands.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. will be amazing and I urge you to pre-order one. Here I have to remind you about Volodymyr Yezhov, who was killed defending the city of Bakhmut on December 22.

He was one of the developers behind the successful video game S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky, which was released in 2008.

There are so many debates about US or European colonialism and imperialism. Russians love to push this discussion.

But it's usually forgotten that Russian Federation is not a country. It’s a colonial empire that oppresses indigenous cultures. 13 nationalities have disappeared from the ethnographic map of Russia. Many processes that led to the reduction of the population, and then the disappearance of some nationalities, were launched during the heyday of the Russian Empire.

We're losing our best people. There would be fewer losses if the World stopped playing peace games with bloody Russian aggressors. Fuck, 21 and 31 years old. They are so young. It's just incomprehensible!

And then you see the opinions of Elon Musk and other Russian apologists. It just tears your heart apart. How is it even possible to support Russia if you have at least a chunk of common sense?

There are myriads of apparent reasons why Ukrainians are fighting. But in this thread, I’d like to consider other, not entirely obvious, reasons.

Why don’t Ukrainians accept the Russian world? What is the Russian proposal for the world order? Here I won’t include facts about Russian terrorist attacks on the civil infrastructure or rapings. It’s almost impossible, but I will consider their “pure proposal” without those crimes.
