Hardest thing in tech is durability so we focus at DM in creating a durable compounding growth business with an eye towards reaching $1B in revenue in ‘25 and double digit share of the $100B plus additive manufacturing market by end of the decade. We are focused on market share. I use the Hax framework for competitive strategy (also known as the MIT delta model created by Arnaldo Hax). I focus on building customer intimacy and make products with system lock-in through vertical integration into superior consumable materials.

USA population is less than 5% of global population. Job and wealth creation by USA entrepreneurs drives our economy. More American billionaires vs overseas means our share of scaling businesses is growing. Everyone can share by owning equity...like buying MSFT in 86, etc /1 These pools of capital (billionaires) are better at allocating capital than governments = virtuous cycle of innovation and further drives growth, jobs and wealth creation in our economy /2

1/ New chemistry breakthrough just published by Jeff Dahn. @tesla lead battery researcher. 1M vehicle miles, 795Wh/L, with fast charge and subsequent 20yr durability projected in grid. The data is amazing.
jes.ecsdl.org/content/166/13… 2/ This means @tesla will be able to expand the SOC swing of the battery to go to 400 miles or reduce its cost!
