Tips for moderate to severe #coronavirus from a survivor. 1. Don’t wait, get help. Call a professional 2. Take control of your care, don’t settle for no 3. Know your “red line” and when 2 goto ER 4. Have some1 with U until it passes. Don’t do it alone 5. Rest, & get up and move
6. keep a running log of your symptoms. At least a sentence a day 7. Zinc seemed to help 8. Humidity helps on “those nights” 9. Menthol seemed to help 10. Get an inhaler 11. Get a pulseox, blood pressure cuff, and no touch thermometer 12. Use a CPaP if you have 1 in the house

I am a recovered #coronavirus case. It took 15 days of being sick before anyone believed me that something was wrong. My first symptoms were 5 days before Italy had any corona deaths and before we knew community spreading was occurring. I was very early on in this epidemic.
This is a consolidated version of what we experienced.
I had 2 peaks of the virus. At first it seemed like it was pretty rare but it seems to be a hallmark of more severe cases. Most of my friends were sick for 3-7 days, very cold like. For me it was unlike any cold or flu

This is a consolidated version of what we experienced. I am assuming I will continue to improve, and I will still provide daily updates until my second clean test. My wife has an autoimmune disorder. My kids are between the age of 4-17. One has asthma.
I will first give what the adults experienced (including my 17 year old, but his was mild and shorter in duration) and then what the younger kids experienced. At about days 7 AND 14, we hit the peak of our symptoms. This is different then my friends and kids. Most people did not
