1/ first thing to know about Canada is to check the per capita GDP and it is stagnant at around $48000 per last 15 years. The reason is too many immigrants and too less opportunities. 2/ Quality of life is different for different people. For me it means good quality of air, water and very less traffic on roads . Add a lot of hiking/ camping places to make best use of weekends. There are two more aspects of quality of life.. education for kids and Healthcare.
