@notcapnamerica The problem, as I see it, is Wall Street is incentivized to take greater and greater risks with other people’s money for better ROI to shareholders. And they are incentivized to lobby for less regulation, which is a self reinforcing strategy. 1 @notcapnamerica At some point, the actual businesses that shareholders own parts of become disembodied from the products and stakeholders of those businesses and trading of equities becomes more and more like the Tulip Trade. 2
