.@AmazonHelp Today is at least 4th time this year that someone has fraudulently overtaken my account & you all have permitted it. I have requested in the past that my account be flagged for security based on these past instances, but you have done nothing. I received 2 emails 1/
this morning from @amazon advising me that "with my permission", you changed my email address to a fraudulent one, which is TurovNarkiss1989@mail.ru. You sent me an email with a One-Time Password permitting this fraudulent person to take over my account. Now, I can't reach you 2/

.@amazon So this is what's going on. On 1/14/2020, I tried to access my @amazon acct which I use too much. There was a strange email address in log-in space, so I erased it & inputted my own. Tried to input my password & @amazon wouldn't accept it. Had to change my password 1/@amazon Logged onto @amazon acct supposedly my own. Went to Browsing history & saw all items for about 30 seconds. Clicked 1 item & everything disappeared. Went to orders, there were none although I had ordered plenty for a long time. Called @amazon to find out what's going on 2/
