Recently been thinking a lot about the consequences of late ADHD diagnosis. I am what my psych called “high functioning”
Science high school > UPD honor student > good job
Worked really hard, but that has resulted in qualifying as OCD and having an unhealthy work ethic.
If you have ADHD, your working memory and executive function suck.
I got pretty good at using lists, alarms, calendars, spreadsheets to keep tabs on everything. But now I always obsess over whether I missed something. And I get angry when things don’t happen the way I plan.

Girls, you aren't pieces of meat. Don't put yourselves on display and then wonder why you're not treated well. Guys can't control themselves.
