Going to share my thoughts on the car driving and handling as well as the interior down below. For a normal drive, it is quite boring. However, it excels at high speed corners which led me to believe that it is going to be a really good track car, more so than just being a normal everyday drive on Singapore roads.

Sharing my thoughts on the stock markets as we head towards the close of the year.

I am expecting the $SPX at the least, to be trading within a range of 4200 to 4600 points to close the year.

This is no financial advice and the predictions could be a hit or a miss. I believe that the markets have started to brush off any CPI data reported, unless a huge beat or miss of more than +/-2.0% from the expected is reported. As such, the markets are likely to push higher from here.

I do not want to make this sound like it is fine when it is not.

2011 when Steve Jobs died and Tim Cook took over as the CEO of #Apple, many claimed that Apple is headed for doom and will not survive. Fast forward till today, Tim Cook’s Apple has reached a market capitalisation of 3 trillion. Tim Cook is a visionary, having been the COO of Apple when Steve Jobs was still alive. He setup the critical supply chain with China back then.

Market is now 93.0% priced for no rate hike at the September #FOMC And a 63.5% chance of no hike in November #FOMC

With that, the market is no longer expecting anymore rate hikes in the near future.
