As you progress you need to seek more esoteric sources to gather new insights
When you’re getting started a YY video on “How to make $100 / day dropshipping” is like the library on Alexandria
But once
You’re a level or 2 or 10 above that it’s as simple insightful as the background radiation of the universe
So you buy courses, then you attend masterminds, conferences
In search of ever higher insight density
& all success is seeking insights and actioning them

My Model / Journey of Wealth Creation
1. Trade time for money (wagie)
2. Performance for money (high income skill)
3. Simple 1 man cashflow business (eCom, aff, etc)
4. Systematised cashflow business (other people’s time)
5. Barbell into treasuries / HISA to cover basic living expenses into perpetuity
Going forward:
6. Build assets that optimise for exit (proper eCom brand, saas, etc) - longer time horizon
7. Diversify into basket of liquid assets (ETF, real estate, crypto)

I have fully cracked the code for jet-lag
Taken multiple long flights (10+ hrs) and arrived with no jet lag every time now
Insanely valuable since you can teleport around the world with no fatigue
Findings from my trial and error (rt appreciated)🧵
1) Timing - most important
- Pick a night flight that has you in the air at or around your bed time
2) Diet
- Avoid inflammatory foods day of flight - no seed oils
- Avoid caffeine 8hrs before flight
- Avoid foods that give you gas
- Avoid carbonated drinks
