During the Q&A portion of WWE's Q2 earnings call, Vince McMahon was asked about ratings being soft lately and what can be done to change them. McMahon points to the audience being integral to WWE, but says they can have better storylines/new characters/more non-wrestling content. To clarify that last line (cause I ran out of room), he basically said more content that takes place outside of the ring. I'm assuming they meant stuff like the Street Profits/Viking Raiders sports battles.
