The GOP needs to focus on economic policy that benefits Americans, but I rarely see actionable ideas from the complainers on here.

Protects retail investors from market crashes, equitable tax treatment without new spending and would be wildly popular in a retail investing environment actively punishes being risk on due to loss rules.Image

🧵It’s obvious the events of today are being propagated by nefarious groups in the state.

The most nefarious of them all is The California Endowment—a $4.5 billion nonprofit that has systematically hijacked charitable assets that belong to Californians to push political chaos. 1. The California Endowment (TCE) was created by state mandate in 1996, not as a charity of goodwill, but as a legal obligation.

When Blue Cross of California converted from a nonprofit to a for-profit entity, the state required it to transfer $3.3 billion into a new foundation. That foundation became TCE. Its mission was clear: “To improve healthcare access and outcomes for underserved Californians.”

This wasn’t just a goal, it was a binding legal condition of Blue Cross’s conversion. TCE was born to serve the uninsured and underinsured legal residents of the state. It received billions in charitable assets under the explicit legal promise to focus on healthcare and only healthcare.
