Dear Young Minister / Pastor.
A whole lot happens when you primarily mind your own business in Ministry, whilst it's important to equally discern.
However note the following
Firstly,You realize if you have one or not...
...Secondly,You focus on things you should do not what others should or aren't doing
Moreover, the best way to correct what you perceive others are doing wrongly is to do your own work well. God hasn't made anyone, the district supervisor of all ministries in the Body of Christ..

Practical Steps to a Closer Walk with God in the New Year
The word sanctification means a dedication to seeking God and becoming more Christ-like while turning away from sin and a world-centered lifestyle. Sanctification is the process of pursuing God and becoming more like
Jesus. This article provides practical tips on how believers can maintain the process of sanctification.
Growth in God comes from exposing ourselves consistently to Him by reading and thinking on His Word, doing what God’s Word tells us to do, maintaining a consistent prayer

Worth thinking upon…
Selah
One of best lessons I have learnt from my teachers in growing up is " Never engage critics in trying to defend yourself "
It's usually a wasted effort .
Those who believe you will do so without your Defence ,Those who won't will not even if " They
put their hands through the holes/ wounds in His hands and sides "
Time always proves truth,if not here then be patient till after .
2 Corinthians 6:8 KJV

The ministry is always a mixed

DAY 6
WE ARE IN THE SPIRIT (1)
1st Corinthians 2:12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
The first fact to note from the writer’s (Paul’s) explanation above is that
we (believers) have received the Spirit of God.
Recall Ezekiel’s prophecy in Ezekiel 36.
Ezekiel 36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

8 Sins Christians are Starting to Ignore(4)
7. Hatred
In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus tells us what we already know - that murder is wrong - but he follows that up by saying that anyone who has harbored hatred towards someone has committed murder in his heart. Hatred is
connected intimately with fear. We fear people we don’t understand and that fear causes us to hate them irrationally. The general attitude towards all Muslims based on the acts of a small sect is a perfect example of this. We also tend to harbor hatred against those who have

5. Gluttony/Coveting
This sin is closely related to pride. We bury ourselves in debt in order to make sure we have the best and newest things. The disciples often lived off of the generosity of others and Jesus was a poor carpenter.
I’m not saying that wealth is inherently bad. It’s not. If you can afford that Mercedes, by all means, buy it. But if you can’t; if you are spending hundreds of dollars each month paying off debt, then you could be committing a modern form of gluttony. You need to look inside

3. Fear/Worry
Jesus is very clear about worrying. He flat-out tells us not to worry. Faith requires trust. 1 John 4:18 says, “There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear. . .” God is love. He loved us enough to send
his son to die to atone for our sins. His love is perfect; therefore, we should have nothing to fear. I know fear is inevitable sometimes. It is a major struggle for me. We are not perfect, but fear and worry are not part of the equation with Christ. These attitudes imply a lack

8 Sins Christians are Starting to Ignore(1)
By Rachel-Claire Cockrell
What is Sin?
There are certain sins that Christians are always good at pointing out - usually in others. And there are obviously sins that we are shocked and appalled by, and usually see these sins as worse
than others. But the reality is, all sin separates us from Christ. There aren’t degrees of separation – you are either reconciled to God or you are a stranger to him (see Colossians 1:21-22), there is no in-between.
Are Some Sins Worse Than Others?
All sins are equal in that

Charles Spurgeon on Entertainment and The Church
1) Our Mission Is Not Entertainment
Spurgeon remarks; “Within suitable bounds, recreation is necessary and profitable; but it never was the business of the Christian Church to supply the world with amusements.”
Humans need leisure, and the church can be a place of rest and recreation with our brothers and sisters in Christ. Our mission, however, is not to entertain the world; it is to save sinners through the preaching of the gospel. The world will provide entertainment and amusements

As a pastor,
Studying the ministries of Moses and Joshua gives you a lot to ponder upon.
I mean...A WHOLE LOT.
While both ministers did enjoy same supernatural backing, in manifold experiences in the power of God and angelic helps,
the difference was in the leaders and the
congregations they had.
Something as seemingly "little" as that, made a major difference!
While Moses had leaders who at different times weren't of the same mind with him..
Leaders who attempted to pull the rug from under his feet...
Leaders who dared to rebel against him, with

LEADING & DIRECTION (3)
As seen in the previous day’s study, leading and guidance is what God does to and for us personally. This fact about God is very consistent throughout the scriptures and also a reflection of his faithfulness to his word.

A lesson I learnt during the last holidays
I draw lessons a lot via observation .
During the last festive season I observed a couple of instructive things ,some of which I shared during our last workers meeting in the church I serve as pastor
I had cause to visit airports
and noticed it was busy and active because those who managed it weren't on holidays or in a festive mood,in fact the security men were at utmost diligence .
Also ,I observed Doctors and health workers had to be at their beats ,they had no luxury of jollification whilst all

A few things to bear in mind on Facebook and theology ..
Firstly ,you need not read talk, less comment on another's posts ,except when tagged it can't be an intrusion into your privacy
Secondly ,you and any poster have the same advantage of space. Simply proceed to your wall
and put out your own submission ,coming on people's walls to write articles when you hardly do so on yours is tokenism and cheap populism
Thirdly ,it's not ideal to tag others on another wall inorder to engage in a debate ,it's highly distracting ,the poster may not want such

Hear Ye the Word of the Lord today !
“Thank you sir ,for such a short exhortation today ,I never paid attention to that particular phrase till today as you shared “
A paraphrase of a comment a church member made today to me after our yearly in house “soul winners Conference “.
The text was
Hebrews 13:17 KJV
[17] Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.
The phrase he mentioned was the
