In long COVID exercise can be awful. A workout that used to be easy can leave you in bed for a week afterward.
I think I understand why - here is my theory. NO/ROS ratio is disrupted which knocks out endothelial functioning.

COVID attacks the endothelial functioning of your vascular system. Within your endothelial layer there is a relationship between NO (Nitric Oxide- good) and ROS (reactive oxygen species- bad). These have a fragile balance. 2/
