In long COVID exercise can be awful. A workout that used to be easy can leave you in bed for a week afterward.

I think I understand why - here is my theory. NO/ROS ratio is disrupted which knocks out endothelial functioning.

Doctors and scientists, feel free to correct me 1/ COVID attacks the endothelial functioning of your vascular system. Within your endothelial layer there is a relationship between NO (Nitric Oxide- good) and ROS (reactive oxygen species- bad). These have a fragile balance. 2/

Friends with POTS- let's start a thread in how to stay hydrated. Let's share tips and tricks. I'll go first- Balancing getting enough water + salt + potassium has been a game changer. Here is how I do it (affordably)... 1/ First thing I do every morning is make a shake that is mostly ice, 3 strawberries or other fruit equivalent, 1/4 cup coconut water, 1 tablespoon sugar/sugar substitute, lemon juice, chia seeds that had been soaking.
