AI is not an objective thinking machine. It is a structure developed in a white supremacist society. Descartes said, “I think therefore I am.” But, he said it when indigenous peoples of Africa, the Americas & Asia were considered barbarians incapable of thinking. 2/6

Lightfoot virtue-signal-invited refugees to Chicago w/ no plan or resources to welcome them. (They’re not cops or a corp. after all.) Across the city, asylum-seekers have been sleeping on the floors of police & park district buildings but not in the @25thWardChicago. 2/9

“DEFUND,” VALLAS & RACISM - Repeatedly, Vallas's (white) supporters call Johnson the "defund candidate." But, Johnson never said he'd defund CPD. Johnson said he'd maintain the CPD budget. So why keep saying it? I’d argue calling him the “defund” candidate is rooted in racism.
Crime's an issue in Chicago like any U.S. city. Headlines frame it as a war zone, but murder rate overall has steadily decline since the 90s until COVID-19. But crime in Chicago isn't distributed evenly. It occurs mostly in Black & Brown communities deprived of resources.
