Just read the Dutch RCT (ConCOVID) on convalescent plasma in COVID-19. 14 hospitals across the Netherlands enrolled RT PCR proven cases. Donors had to have an RT PCR proven COVID-19 episode and asymptomatic for at least 14 days. Initial thoughts about the study in this thread. 1/ Both patients and donors were tested for antibodies with an anti-SARS-CoV-2 Plaque Reduction Neutralization Test (PRNT). Donor plasma with PRNT50 titer of >1:80 was used. Patients received ABO compatible plasma with the highest PRNT50 titer at intervention time point. 2/
