You can learn a lot if you just pick something and stick to practicing/studying it daily for 30-60 mins
Changes won't happen in a week or a month but after 6-18 months progress really starts to add up
Instruments, languages, biz skills, martial arts etc
Day to day you feel like you aren't getting better
But you are
Trust in the process and stick with it
So simple but it's literally key to everything

Motivational content is useless
Tactics are massively overrated
A handful of mental models / principles will change your life if you can internalize them
Most of the content you're going to consume won't have any impact on your life
But then there's a handful of principles that will stick and have a huge impact if you internalize them
Finding those key principles takes time however and I don't think there's any shortcuts
