1 of the dumbest modern slogans is that new ideas change the world, or like; be a gamechanger, think outside the box etc..
this is usually said by people too young to understand what exactly they are trying to disrupt. this deserves a thread m8 most ppl think civilization is like a startup but it ain't.
it isn't a blank page waiting for some genius founder.
it's a layered inheritance of laws, customs, institutions, habits, restraints, and collective memory built through centuries of pain.
