For my own amusement and I hope that of others, I'm starting a month-long thread of U.K. film noir for #Noirvember. Why the U.K.? I've watched a lot of British films since lockdown, so why not. Here, an example of what I won’t include (movies that everyone knows). Some picks may strike you as being more properly designated “noirish” or “not noir at all.” No worries, just know I think they’re good films, and call ‘em whatever the heck you like.
