I was summoned to the chamber of Justice Mrudul 4 years back. I told the same thing that it was no contempt. I will fight the case. As I had a strong case in law I refused to apologise. Complaints kept taking adjournments for 4 years. Finally court told them argue the case

The Hindu has been shamed again. They attempted on 27 May to deny Sengol as transfer of power symbol but the adheenam forced them retract by citing it's own records. Again they made a similar attempt by misquoting the adheenakarta, which has been smashed by the Adheenam
The Hindu attempt is unprofessional because it has not looked at Annex IV of the govt docket which is Adheenams version that Sengol was given to Mtbatten, given Gangajal Abhishekam & given to Nehru. Being forced to eat a humble pie then this time it has attempted a new trick
