I am sure others are having similar experiences - a little learning for me - happened to be in the room while my 6 year old was doing his weekly 1.1 with his manager, uh teacher. After some catching up she wanted to make sure they were aligned on the WIG and asked him to put his WIG sheet in front of the camera. WIG is Wildly Important Goal.
