Whew! So many sleepless nights to respond to the governments pathetic counter to our Aadhaar writ petition. Seeking damages for breach of privacy. Our rejoinder came to 162 pages! To respond to each repetitive long winded point of the govt! Ironical that we call this a "Brief"! 1. All the government says in nearly 200 paras of theirs is that their "security" systems are "robust". And that breaches have not been proved. The same thing. Over and over again. Ad nauseam. And that the SC in Puttuswamy already decided the issue.
