I’m in downtown SF today (conveniently located a 15-min walk from my apartment) to cover @Qualcomm’s Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals hearing. This will decide if the @FTC’s victory declaring $QCOM a monopoly is upheld or not @Qualcomm@FTC The decision won't be issued today, though. It could take over a year for the 3-judge panel to issue a ruling in @FTC v @Qualcomm. As a reminder, this case could have big implications for the future of mobile devices
