How the system and institutions are reacting differently and inconsistently is best illustrated through the developments involving INC’s Rahul Gandhi, AAP leaders and BJP’s Kothapalli Geetha. Let us closely examine in this thread : Smt. P. Geetha Rao @ Kothapalli Geetha, currently a BJP leader, was a Member of Parliament belonging to YSRCP in 16th Lok Sabha representing Araku Lok Sabha Constituency in Andhra Pradesh reserved for Scheduled Tribes. 74-day review (patience requested) :
Yet another example of how a biased report looks like. This particular one is not only aimed at portraying Lalit J as a great achiever but also to run down his predecessor. To achieve this objective, author hides too many facts - read on. 2.
I can understand his inability to highlight the following firsts which are known to every journo who covers the Supreme Court. A first, when journos were asked to get briefing about the Court and office of CJI from a family member (daughter-in-law known as Bahu CJI) !.....

The second puff piece in the series is supplemented with comments from another office bearer of SCBA who is mostly seen in the chambers of those very Registrars. Every serious journalist covering Supreme Court knows this. Yet, you need them to pad up your story. Image 4.
Why do these advocates, some of whom are office bearers of SCBA, visit the listing Registrars on daily basis ? Certainly not for discussing matters of Constitutional significance, I guess !!

Is it not the duty of the reporter to verify the tall claims made in handouts ?

Data of top 10 states in India in terms of Covid tests per million shows Delhi is testing far more than states having 5-7 times its population including Maharashtra.
Gujarat despite very low testing has the highest fatality rate.
Govts must be criticised, but on facts 1/n : Facts show no state in India is conducting even half the number of Covid tests as compared to Delhi.
This means the outrage manufactured by those blinded by hatred towards elected Delhi govt had other intentions. Was it to keep private hospitals reserved for the elite ? 2/n

It is the Court appointed Sentence Review Board which has to review the cases for release as put by jail authorities, in this case the Tihar Jail. First of all let us understand what is the Sentence Review Board (SRB) 2/n

A lot of media friends, including senior editors have asked me why has @ArvindKejriwal headed Delhi govt expressed disappointment at Supreme Court's split verdict on Services & allowing Central control over ACB ? How earlier govts functioned ? I respond in the following thread : At the core of this issue is Modi govt's May 2015 notification, issued barely three months after people of Delhi had elected their govt with highest ever electoral mandate in history of independent India. Through this notification, Modi govt illegally amended the Constitution
