There are two national treasures of the US that every immigrant should note when they come to this country like I did.

1. Libraries (Example: @MCPL_Libraries )
2. NPR and all the local NPR stations (example @wamu885

Who reads books or listens to the radio you may ask? Read on Both libraries and NPR have been at the forefront of change.
Let me start with libraries.
