1. When introducing yourself to students, use your pronouns (looking at your cisgender folks). Using your pronouns in your intro signals you have an awareness of gender diversity and establishes you as a potentially safe-ish space for trans/gender non-conforming (GNC) folks.

With less than a month until school starts, Columbus City Schools has left the bargaining table. It seems likely that teachers will strike. More than two years into a pandemic and teachers are still fighting to get kids what they deserve. Here's some of what @ColumbusEA wants –

According to @ColumbusEA, there's no difference in cost for Columbus City Schools so what's the deal? Smaller class sizes benefit kids' differentiated needs in learning spaces, y'all.
