If u had not suffered as u have, there would be no depths to u as a human being–no humility, no compassion. Suffering cracks open the shell of ego. & then comes a point where it has served its purpose.Suffering is necessary until you realize that it is unnecessary.

Maya, is taken to mean illusion, but actually means ‘that which is not’. We sense everything in the mind & the senses being only the instrument of the mind. For as a matter of fact there is no illusion, only impermanence So long as the mind functions, there is duality.
