On Sherman’s visit.
For anyone who appreciates the richness of the Chinese language, “会见” can mean a meeting, but only in the context of gracing an inferior. This is used to frame Chinese FM Wang Yi’s meeting with Sherman.
When asked about Sherman’s visit on July 24, Wang Yi remarked that China and the international community as a whole bear the responsibility to teach the US A Lesson.
