This crazy AI tool takes the column you wrote and creates a cover image for it. I tested it with a column that I wrote on "Rental affordability in Australia". The image the AI created is copied below and makes perfect sense... Here is the tool (free): buff.ly/3CDp2NB I'm less impressed by the other feature on the website where you type a sentence and they give you an image. This picture is "Simon Kuestenmacher drinking water". At least the AI version of me looks a few kilos lighter...

I think looking at Russian demographic data can help to better understand Putin's game. A thread🧵 Putin was born in 1952, meaning he will turn 70 this year. As president for life he can hope for maybe 10 to 20 years in power. Lets focus on the coming 10 to 20 years when looking at the upcoming charts.

#coronavirus changed your life, economy and society. Which of the changes do you want to keep, chuck, change, add? I’ll start. In Australia we seem to have (temporarily) softened the tone in political discourse and federal and state governments cooperate better. KEEP!

Art in the times of #coronavirus. I really like the new @RollingStones song "Living In A Ghost Town"! What examples of great quarantine art have you come across? Please post them below (artists feel free to post your work). I'll post a few more below too. My friend Janina is a photographer and posted cool portraits she has taken via FaceTime with models around the world. Very creative I must say!

On Twitter I'm the map guy. In real life I am an avid reader and book clubber. Here are three books that helped me think through how we might restructure the world of work once the whole #coronavirus spook is over. All three are totally worth reading! You must read this one! Case studies of organisations that put people first without being silly "death by consensus" monsters. It's beautifully written and embedded in integral theory. One of my top 5 books of all times. Do you know of companies that have acted kindly in response to the #coronavirus and related quarantine measures? I’ll list my observations below. Time to celebrate businesses who are doing good in difficult circumstances. @DieMaus is Germany’s most beloved kids TV show and is now shown every single day since kids have to stay home from school. Well done 👍
