My company is running a contest to generate innovative ideas that use #ChatGPT to solve real problems.

So I thought of submitting my own because I have a real problem that needs solving 😃

The idea title is:

ChatGPT-Powered Customer & Regulatory Compliance Assistant

🧵 A bit of background:

Current processes involving various BUs like pre-sales, key accounts, internal audit, etc. strain IT & #cybersecurity teams with repetitive tasks, leading to inefficiencies & delays.

I thought an AI-driven solution will result in more efficient processes.
