Blessed and beautiful day to you all. Today I would like to share with you some knowlegde of cleansing rituals which can be done yourself and don’t need a healer.
I’ll also explain the significance behind each one. Let’s go!
1. Abortion/miscarriage.
This does not need a healer though if you don’t want your family knowing then you can go to a healer. If you do it yourself you’ll need two goats. One to cleanse and one two name the child and cloth it with umhlwehlwe.

Blessed Wednesday to you all - today I wanna take the time to address the complete lie and quite frankly toxic narrative that ‘ancestors punish people’.
Many are acting from a position of fear and disempowerment - today I’m here to free you from that.

Beautiful and blessed Tuesday morning to you all. Today we’re talking being born in a veil (ukuzalwa wembethe) also known as en caul birth.
Ps. Apologies for only dropping this now.
A THREAD
It’s important to know that being born en caul doesn’t necessarily mean you must Thwasa. It simply means you are born with an ancestral spirit bearing gifts or returning to live in this time to complete that which they could not. There a few types of en caul birth.

I always here some people say they don’t believe in ancestors and African medicine & healing. It’s funny that we think it’s a belief thing when it’s not.
You cannot undo your family history by simply not believing.
A short thread.
Please, I’m not here to try force/convince/scare anyone into anything but rather trying to separate belief and reality.
What we don’t understand is that African healing and medicine works predominantly on facts. What happened, to whom and why. Where do you fall ?
