I haven’t seen my dad in 18 months which is the longest ever in my 36 years. My dad has never met his grandson (who turns 1 in a couple days). Thank god for the internet because my parents have felt close when they were far. I can’t wait for them to hug my kids tomorrow 🙏 My daughters made a sign 😭

She leaves to play tennis at 7:30 then leaves for work at 8:30... so including a shower and getting dressed and commuting to the court, she’s playing like at most 20 minutes of tennis. Who plays 20 minutes of tennis?!

1) I already went through pregnancy/new momhood once as an employee and it kind of sucked. Now seeing it again as an employER is enlightening because it's actually pretty hard for companies to do the right thing. 2) I wrote up a blog post about how to build a lactation room on a budget because I found absolutely no resources out there or solutions that our company could afford.
