This will (probably) be my last thread on $LIC, but a few new pieces of information from the VCAT proceedings and my parting thoughts. 1/12 The $LIC business model has been under legal threat since 21/12/2023, when a Chelsea Heights resident lodged proceedings with VCAT. As far as I am aware, $LIC never disclosed these proceedings.
