1/ Attended a very interesting meeting with Goldman Sachs economists sharing their 2024 outlook. 2/ GDP forecast for US in 2024 is 2.5%. Meanwhile, their GDP forecast for the UK is only 0.6%. Yikes. Sorry UK. 🫤🇬🇧

1/ When we took @zillow $Z public in 2011 it was a great day, but also a facepalm moment. 🤦‍♂️ 2/ We priced at $20, but the stock hit $60 moments after it started trading. Should have been a day for champagne 🍾and high fives 🥳, but I was bothered by that spike in price for years to come. Our employees and VCs were penalized by the broken IPO system.
