If you can make trans women scared to leave the house, you’ve sentenced them all to house arrest.

Attack their right to use public facilities, healthcare, and social stuff like sports, and they’ll all become shutins.

You don’t even have to win any court cases. Just be mean. 🧵 The rhetoric recently has kept trans women inside. Young trans girls are terrified that they’ll be clocked in the wrong place. Even if the law is technically on their side, it only takes one psycho to kill them.

And people talk about killing us. About how we deserve to die.

Most cis people’s biggest fear is that their child would be like me. If a parent is allowing their child to be like me, the state of Texas has decreed that the child must be taken away from their parents.

I’m going to explain why these laws are mind numbingly terrifying. 1/ Trans people are not allowed to be around kids. One of the consequences of transitioning is that we don’t get to interact with kids anymore. We’re treated as sex offenders.

Cis women can’t understand what trans women deal with. You might think you can, but you can’t.
