Today is my last day on the covid dashboard, before I take a month's holiday then return to the Department of Health and Social Care permanently. Feels odd to be "returning" to an organisation (OHID) that didn't exist when I started on this thing but we are where we are! It has been an amazing almost three years and I am absolutely glad I stepped up when asked to help out. Helping out evolved into so much more and I think I am leaving behind a team that really wants to build on what we have learned during the pandemic.
