Louie and I moved into our current home in Old #Torrance about 2 years ago, after 12 years in Venice Beach. We thought we were moving to a nice quiet neighborhood....until we met our neighbor. We met our downstairs neighbor and she seemed nice and sweet. A woman in her 60's, single, worked from home, with a cute little white poodle. Our landlord gave her our cell phone numbers. Mistake number one.
