@tarishi_sharma This is a simplistic metric for how the privileged protect their interests in electoral democracies, since privilege is only partially derived from economic status. The demographic composition of leadership is another important measure. @tarishi_sharma A party whose three leadership positions are filled by upper caste males, for example, would have to address that in the broader leadership base, but a PAC with 7/8 male members, and a National Executive with 18/24 men (all 24 upper caste) does not speak to any such reflexivity.
