I find the most difficult part of far right research & writing is not finding out their nefarious plans, but rather convincing people that the nefarious plans they state clearly and often are both real and in progress right now
People tend to believe other people are fundamentally like them -- reasonable deep down, decent deep down, ultimately wanting to improve the world. But center-left people's incredulity about the far right & religious right is an example of where that belief falls short.
