こちらの→@carpediemboy87という日本人のTwitterアカウントが各所で事実と異なる主張を繰り返し、私たちの名誉を著しく傷付けるような活動を長期に渡っておこなってきました。

中には削除されたものもありますが、私たちに関する内容のツイートはスクリーンショットで保存しています。 最近になって彼の発信した内容をソースとする我々に対する誹謗中傷や批判も増えており、事業に著しく不利益を被っているので、彼が正式に謝罪を行い、過去の発言に対する訂正を行わない限り、法的措置を取ることとしました。

近いうちに彼からのアクションがなければ、絶対に行いますので悪しからず。

1/ The fact that we have remained Abstain to the end does not mean that we are convinced that $JUNO, which we now control, will be confiscated to the community pool. 2/ We did not change our vote to No because this proposal was so unclear that we did not think the outcome of the vote would have any impact.
