but wtf is "staff"? and how does that differentiate from "senior"/mid-level?
in my experience, i've seen a lot of folks make it up to a "senior" level title, more or less clear what the expectations are. in larger tech companies, i'd equate this to the "resting" level (e.g. IC5 @ FB)

Interviewing when unemployed is actually super terrible. Most companies work at a timescale where they expect you to be working full time. Waiting weekends is excrutiating bc that's the same as a weekday to you

If you've ever actually konmari'd anything, you'll know it takes a LONG time and a LOT of hard decisions. I've been working on this tool for 3 weeks and I still haven't finished Konmari-ing my 1000 initial follow (now at 600~ left)
