@scarlett_jazmin -Fry 2 sliced onions and 3 cloves of mince garlic
- Add salt, cumin, chilli powder, turmeric and garam masala to taste (I usually do a tbsp of each)
- When the spices are aromatic, add a can of chopped toms (or 3 diced fresh ones)
- Let the sauce simmer till smooth
