The @DOJ has been operating under an opinion that a sitting president is above the law. They are not allowed to consider if a president committed a crime or not.

Is the @DOJ, lead by a political appointee of the President, the right body to make that decision? Is it a correct interpretation of the law? If it is, it seems worth changing.

At the very least we cannot accept this combined with impeachment being purely political.
