I used to be a lot more self-conscious about content.
I got this from my first director of marketing. That you can't post something unless it's perfect.
(Because it might make us "look bad")
If that's you too, this thread is for you 🧵
As a solo, chasing perfection usually left me with a whole lot of nothing.
No content. No audience. No progress.
How many times have I run the cycle of create, critique, delete, repeat?

The human brain is wired with COGNITIVE BIASES.
As a content creator, you can either ignore them, or use them to your advantage.
A mini-thread on these hidden influences (+an AI prompt to bookmark):
Researchers across decades of psychological study have identified a hidden network of COGNITIVE BIASES shaping every decision we make.
They're operating in your and my mind right now, whether we like it or not.
(More on that in a sec.)

People are ignoring your posts because they don't *feel* anything when they read them.
Steal my ONE simple framework I use with everything I write.
(It works for any topic.) 👇
Btw, I give you a simple AI prompt at the end to help you run this content inspiration framework.
So if you're into it, don't bail early.
Okay, onto the goods...

An audiobook will boost your biz (or your wallet),
but voice artists cost $250-$5000+
How to make a realistic audiobook with AI in minutes:
Marketing legend @AlexHormozi just had the biggest book launch in history, and he included a free audiobook with his regular book.
Why?
More content formats = more content consumption.
Voice is an amazing format, but previously it was too much work to be worth the reward.

We did $11,483.47 in sales in our first 27 hours.
Give me 3 minutes and I'll show you the hidden framework behind our course sales page:
(Warning - this mega-post will make you $$$ and you're going to want to BOOKMARK it) 👇
Doing sales feels icky.
Even writing the word feels icky.
But, when you have a fantastic product priced appropriate to its value, you owe it to your audience (and yourself) to be persuasive.
Every purchase is potentially improving someone's life.

MagickML is my favorite no-code/low-code AI builder.
It's in alpha.
Since you may be 1,000s deep in the waitlist,
let me show you around.
See why bots in @MagickML are 1,000X more powerful than "chat with your PDF"
🔸 What is it?
MagickML is kind of like LangChain and Bubble had a baby.
Like LangChain: Build powerful AI automations and agents.
Like Bubble: But in a no-code/low-code environment.
Software engineers move faster with Magick. And non-engineers like me can use it too.

10 AI tools that you should be using right now.
Like, really.
This is what I actually use for my business. 👇
🔸 @elevenlabsio
Text to Speech synthesis that actually sounds human.
I've tested ElevenLabs head-to-head with other leaders in the space.
Nothing else compares. Winner in both the speed of processing and the audio quality. Pricing is very fair for what you get.

If you want to use GPT-4 but don't want to pay for ChatGPT Pro, there's another way.
Put the periods into this URL :
assistant(dot)bloat(dot)app
Put in the API key from your OpenAI account.
You only pay for your usage, which for most will be way less than $20/month.
Only caveat is you have to have GPT-4 enabled for your account, which is still on a waitlist I think.
I got approved quickly but am developing some products on it. Regular people might get approved more slowly.
In those days, AI image gen felt like magic. The images, while flawed, were amazing.
Now, with the improved version 4 and powerful v 5, it's like living in a different reality.
Witness 9 months of radical progress in image generation:
I'm going to show you side-by-sides of prompts I tested on my first day with MJ vs today.
I gave the exact same text prompt in all cases.
Note: V5 may look worse than V4 because it's still being worked on and it requires a different style of prompt.
The leap is mind-blowing...

Microsoft and Google just wiped out dozens of startups.
A thread about competitive advantage...
in the age of AI:
A defensible competitive advantage is an advantage that is not easily copied.
Let me say that again:
Competitive = Not. Easily. Copied.

I’ve spent the last 45 days creating an AI co-worker and co- podcast host.
The pod debuts in just a few weeks.
My goal is to give you an authentic glimpse into the mind of a machine.
These show rules keep us honest:
🔸 Authentically AI
Everything RubyAI says comes from her.
I won’t feed her lines, give her a script, or fake her responses.
I won’t tell her to act like a benevolent god trying to take over Earth, either.
It’s all real. No stunts.

Imagine you’re talking to ChatGPT.
“I like dogs,” you say.
You might imagine the AI takes the phrase at face value.
But there's actually a whole world of associations that come with it:
AIs like ChatGPT use *topic modeling* and *sentiment analysis* to understand language.
They look for *semantically similar ideas* to see words in the context of other concepts that are nearby.
