God has gifted human beings, instilling cognitive faculties to acquire and understand true beliefs about Him.
All mankind has an innate natural constitution (fiṭrah) that urges them to recognize, know, and worship God.
1/11
The Religion of the fiṭrah—of the sound human nature on which God has created us—is Islam.
The fiṭrah functions in tandem with other cognitive faculties to produce beliefs; when it functions properly, it triggers an immediate awareness of God within the heart/mind(qalb).

1. If the source of revelation that is most likely to be true (based on factors such as reliability, logical consistency, & corroboration) is actually false, then the true source of revelation will not be able to surpass the level of truth guaranteed by the false source.
... 1/4
... This is because the false source is masquerading as the true source, and therefore any revelation received from the true source may be less likely to be accepted or believed.

It never ceases to amaze me that the ignorant will pride themselves on their ignorance & slander scholars to excuse their deviance and innovation.
Stay away from @snakejuce.

P ¹) If meaning can only be derived from the natural world, then all conceptions of reality are derived from the natural world.
P ²) If all conceptions of reality are derived from the natural world, then they must be a coherence of meaningful experiences.

The People of the Sunnah and Congregation, the Ahlus–Sunnah wal–Jamā’ah, affirm that God has what He & His Prophet have affirmed in a literal sense, as they affirm all other divine attributes of God, affirming that He, may He be exalted, has two Eyes, two Hands, and two Feet.
But these are not parts of God. These cannot be separated from God.
Correct belief is based upon the Qur’ān and Sunnah, as understood by the Pious Predecessors (Salaf) and the leading scholars.

What is worship?
An object of worship– no matter what its nature is –is believed to have an unseen authority whose effect is reflected in reality.
Worshippers try to draw closer to the worshipped, to gain benefit or ward off harm.
1/4
On one hand, they may believe the unseen authority is predicated a self-authority; they consider the worshipped as one who independently benefits&harms.
This applies to worship of the sun&stars, believing in their effect on the laws of the universe & management of creation.

At the end of the 1st century AH, a doctrine appeared in the Muslim nation in which faith was reduced to mere knowledge in the heart.
Also, some adopted the view that faith is merely belief in the heart;that affirmation with the tongue,&righteous works, are not from faith.
(1/10)
Meaning works are not from the essence of faith; ex. faith does not increase or decrease.
This sect became known as Murji'ites
(the Postponers, as they postpone deeds from the reality of faith).
