#ThisYear 35 years ago in September 1983 @islingtongztte reported the abduction of a 13 year old boy who had attended Conewood Street by an @IslingtonBC residential social worker there, John Picton, aged 53. spotlightonabuse.wordpress.com/2013/12/27/isl… @islingtongztte Picton had met the boy 10-12 months earlier while working at Conewood and during 1983 had tried to foster him but been refused by @IslingtonBC and the boy had been moved across the road to 1 & 3 Elwood Street - it was from there he went missing on 10 September 1983
