They keep treating Ulcer, not knowing it could be anything, even something as dangerous as a Cancer could be in the stomach then present to the hospital late.

Here is a sad reality Someone starts to feel pain in the chest area

They go to a Chemist or Hospital. They complain pain is worse with peppery food

They say is it is Ulcer. medication and antacids are prescribed. They feel better

We have all been hearing news about young people (under 40s) who just died of an unknown cause

They were not sick, not involved in an accident. Died suddenly

I'm glad we are having a conversation around what are possible causes

I'd hypothesize that Hypertension might be tops. A lot of young people don't know their blood pressure.

High blood pressure is a silent killer.

It will just continue till one day, one has a heart attack. Not everyone makes it from a Heart attack

So I've seen this drug being taken a lot by Elderly and a few young people.

Seen it kill 2 people and thought to talk about it after going through research & reviews.

The Drug which is a fast seller 'ADIMEMU'. So the name ADIMENU is a Yoruba word meaning Hold under the tongue.

So people take the drug, put it under their tongue or just leave it in the mouth to dissolve.

So I decided to do a quick research and read about what exactly it is.

Normalise checking , looking, observing your Urine & Poo (Faeces) in the toilet before flushing it

Your Urine & Poo says a lot about what is going on in your system.
Don't be in a haste to flush. Look

Here are some things to look out for or can be suggestive

Deeply coloured- not taking enough water

Bubbling and foaming so much like detergent- could be a kidney disease.

Red or Bloody- could be kidney problem.

A quick one on Hemorrhoids, aka Piles or ‘Jedi-Jedi’

They are swollen veins in the Anus & lower part of the rectum (See pic).

Imagine normal blood supply of the Anus Balloons out.
It can be disturbing & cause discomfort to a person.

- Sitting for long period on the toilet
- Obesity
- Pregnancy
- Low fiber diet
- Straining when pooing

It is a known fact that people that have Sickle cell trait don't really have Malaria and AA are very prone to Malaria

Why? Here I'll explain

SS means the person has 100% HEMOGLOBIN S( which is abnormal & mutated)
